Project management and consulting 

We advise and support you beyond the sale of a terminal solution. In the process, you profit from our many years of experience and expertise as well as the vast know-how of our specialists.



We support your wishes and needs, regardless of whether you would like to implement a new solution, upgrade an existing system or specially configure your terminal software.

 Rollout projects

We support you for as long as you need after the purchase of our payment terminals. This specifically includes the following project phases:

 

  • Planning: Together with you we plan each and every step, from contract signing to placing the terminal into operation.
  • Installation: We instruct your specialists both verbally and in writing so that they can properly install the terminals and place them into operation without limiting ongoing business operations.
  • Logistics: We take care of all the logistics for you, from production to delivery of the terminals to the individual sales points.
  • Disposal: We take care of the returning and proper disposal of old terminals that are no longer needed.

We take just as much care and attention while completing the individual steps for small order amounts as we do with actual rollout projects. You profit from our many years of experience gathered through large projects, such as the equipping of over 2’000 points of sale for the two largest Swiss retailers Migros and Coop with around 15’000 davinci PINPAD terminals ((link)). In another project, all SBB ticket counters and travel offices in Swiss train station were also equipped with around 1’200 of the same type of cash till integrated terminal.

 Development projects

If a customer or an industry has special terminal software or payment processing requirements, we work closely together with our customers to developed tailored solutions.

 

  • Adaptations: We adapt the terminal software to meet various customer needs, such as the ability to process their own card products.
  • Upgrades: We upgrade the terminal software with modules for added value services. Among these is the option of selling and managing call credits for prepaid mobile telephones through their payment terminal.
  • Industry solutions: We develop industry-specific solutions beyond conventional payment traffic. This includes counter terminals for banking applications or upgrades for public transportation ticket dispensers.
    Integration projects

 

We integrate applications and solutions involving tended and untended electronic payment traffic in our customers’ existing systems: from planning through installation.

 Migration projects

We coordinate any necessary migration projects for you, such as:

 

  • If you wish to switch to a new processor If you must convert a large number of terminals to enable them to process new card products If you would like to introduce new functions
  • If you would like to upgrade your terminals with new cash till applications, such as our Multi-Protocol Driver (MPD)
